WHO ARE WE
Vision Model was rebranded in Dubai, UAE in the year 2017. Earlier, the company was trading under Arabtec Eastern Model incepted in 2005.

HISTORY
Vision Model previously known as Arabtec Eastern Model was established in 2005. It continued to trade under Arabtec name until March 2017 when it became independent, operating under trade name Vision Model and continued to be managed by the same team that initially started in 2005. The model factory, management, staff and technicians remain unchanged.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does a model cost?
There are no definitive answers as every model is a unique project. Prices vary depending on the project requirements, model size and model scale.
What information is needed to provide a quotation?
To provide an estimate quote, basically we require the site plan, model scale, model size and renderings of the project. And to provide accurate quote, set of drawings such as landscape masterplan, building and elevation drawings are required.
What format of drawings?
For quoting, pdf, jpg, or CAD. For construction, CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or 3D Max.
How long is the production of model?
It will depend on the scale and detailed of the project. Production may take few days to several weeks.
What scale should be the model?
While we work in scales ranging from 1:50 to 1:10000, the appropriate scale for your physical model will depend on your needs. We can assist you in choosing the scale of the model.
Can we check the model personally?
Yes, it will be our pleasure to welcome you in our model workshop. You may also check various models we have made before.
Do you deliver or should I collect the model?
After manufacture, first delivery and assembly of the model within UAE is free of charge (one way only).
Do you repair or update existing models?
Yes, we can repair or update models. We just need the information the same with a new model requirements.
Where do you make the models?
The production of the models is carried out in our workshop located in Dubai Investment Park 1.
